
In this workshop, you will play with different techniques and supplies to spark your creativity. This workshop is about reconnecting with your creative practice through relaxed exercises and playful prompts.
You will be guided through each step, from painting paper to collaging your own composition. At the end of the session, you will leave with new ideas, and inspiration.
The session is 1h30, with ample time to go at your own pace and enjoy the process in a relaxed and supportive environment.
All materials and tools will be provided, so you only need a bag to take your creations home (and any painted papers you didn’t use during the session).
This workshop is open to anyone ages 18+ who wants to reclaim their creativity and explore new techniques with other gentle crafters. All levels are welcome, no previous experience is required.
The Crafting Wellness workshops are designed to gently train your creativity muscle and support your wellbeing by quieting your (sometimes quite loud) mind and going into your body, using your hands and your heart in the creative process.
Numerous studies have shown that art and crafts are powerful ways to enhance your wellbeing, reduce your stress levels and find stillness and focus in a fast and attention-preying world.
