Aligned entrepreneurship through your Type

Without further ado, let's take a closer look at the different Types, and what they say about your entrepreneurial style.

The Manifestors

Manifestors are all about initiating and innovating, which means they can't keep up without outside help. And that's okay.

You're there to get the ball rolling, start new things, and then hand over to the people who believe in your project and have the energy to see it through.

You can be a great entrepreneur, with a very pioneering and kind-of-wild vision, if you have enough freedom and independence in your process, and especially if you accept to delegate and rely on those who have more energy than you.

The Generators

Generators are full of energy when they follow their joy and love what they do. They are the builders of our society.

You know how to see a project through to the end when you get it right, when you've seized an opportunity that lights you up from the inside. You like to go deep into an area and become a master of your subject. You like to be of service and know that your work has an impact on others, that it helps and supports your clients.

This makes you an enthusiastic, warm and motivating entrepreneur who can keep up the pace over time when you are in your joy. You naturally attract people who will support you and believe in your projects.

Your keywords: joy, endurance, tenacity.

Manifesting Generator

Sometimes you go too fast and loose everyone. This can make you frustrated or angry. However, when you take the time to communicate your intentions clearly, and allow questions from your collaborators, then you feel supported and understood, free to go at your own pace.

Your keywords: speed, freedom, creativity.

Projectors are the coordinators and leaders behind the scenes, they have little energy but a lot of other skills.

You like to understand systems and structures, and your energy leads you to be very efficient, looking for ways to optimise your processes. You are also very perceptive, and you can manage your teams effectively... if you can keep an eye on timing and invitations!

When you are in your zone of genius, you feel energised and are even more effective. Your biggest challenge is to accept that you go faster than others in the short term, but that you need much more rest time.

However, because your energy is so fluid, you also need to rely on others to help you get things done, but also to listen to you and give you space to express your thoughts.

You may find it difficult to accept that it takes you a long time to make decisions or to get the productivity machine going. Think of this time as the maturation needed for any birth! Once you are sure of your direction, you move very fast!
